This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes how Regenerative Science, Inc., and its related companies (the “Company”) collect, use, and share personal information of users (“you”) of this website, www.regenerativescience.com (the “Site”) and any services offered through the Site (the “Services”). 

1.    PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION.

This policy does not apply to information about you that is Protected Health Information (“PHI”) as that term is defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and any regulations promulgated thereunder (“HIPAA”).  All PHI that we collect is governed by our HIPAA Privacy Policy, which is available here, and not this Privacy Policy. Unless specifically stated otherwise, references to information that we collect about you in this Privacy Policy do not include PHI.
